Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges only for unsized or unfit products.
Returns must be requested within 1 DAY (24Hours) of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
Exchange Policy
If the product is unfit or the wrong size was delivered, we will offer an exchange for the correct size (if available).
If the desired size is not available, we will issue a refund for the product value.
Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the sizing issue.
Packing Video Assurance
We record a packing video for every order to ensure transparency and quality control. This video can be shared with the customer upon request to verify the condition and contents of the package before shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only when an exchange is not possible due to size unavailability.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
